Maybe a company that allows you to 'try before you buy' in the form of rental may be the ideal solution.
Most have the option to buy the instrument you are renting with some of the rental payments going towards the final purchase of the instrument. There are several rental piano companies now that deduct some of the rental payments from the final purchase price, this will vary from company to company and would advise you to shop around for the most comprehensive and competitivley priced company.
